I agree with the view that most of the ladyboys think that they are a woman in the wrong body. But I also understand the view that some of the gays will become transvestites and then transexuals in order to make money to support their families. Chatting with a few of the filipino ladyboys on the net, I get the impression that most started out more as a gay then decide to cross-dress. From what I am learning from all of the guys here ( when I get time to read the posts), is that most of the Southeast Asian countries accept the ladyboys more freely than we can in America. The reason is that puritan attitude that came to us on the mayflower and that has been ingrained in American society. My ggf is pinay and she accepts the gays from her country, they are all over the filipino channel on various programs nightly. Maki, I can relate to your story very well. I have a young gay in the phils. that is beginning to transition because he(she) feels that he(she) should have been a daughter. She is having trouble with her father over her decision to dress 24/7 as a girl. And it probably not help that I sent her clothes. I still want my first experience with a ladyboy either in phils. or in BKK.
