Allow me to add..if you go and visit Hong Kong you will be amazed by the quantity of young GG's who are very skinny and bumless/breastless. In fact, not different at all from this he/she/whatever that was posted by post-op-lover.
Many of these young girls really look like 15 y.o. boys.
