Is there a good lb scene in l.a.?

I posted this in another area of the forum, but didn't get a response. I'm hoping for a few answers if any to my query.
Is there a very good lb scene in L.A.? If there is does any1 know any good clubs or hot spots for this scene? As always any info you guys have is very much appreciated.

fancylighters will be able to answer this better so I will keep bumping it until he see's it. I have been out there 3 times and only went to Club 7969 [ 7969 Santa Monica Blvd], formerly called Peanuts. It is ONLY happening fridays and mondays; other nights are gay or some other theme. But on those 2 nights you will find between 30-50 shemales and ladyboys, some very hot and "working" for big cash [200-300 an hour] and some very ugly crossdressers.

The ones you want to seek out are in between; decent-looking ladyboys [many there are Asian] who are just there for fun and not hooking. I saw a few on my 3 times there but since I don't live in the area I never tried to chat any up. Good luck, get ther around 10-1030 on monday night and you may get lucky. You will also see a few internet Celeb's in there like Saigon Lee and Viet girls Sapphire and Lilly Lee.

7969 (aka Peanuts). Blacklight (much more latino) on Western, north of Santa Monica. Many working girls on the street late at night along Santa Monica Blvd. between La Brea and Western. Also, I've seen quiet a few girls hanging out for fun at Arena on Santa Monica. There are a couple of LB latino bars in the greater LA area but I don't know eactly where they are. there used to be one on the east end of Sunset Blvd in Los Feliz.

Yeah, these guys pretty much covered it for LA.  I'll add a few points for clarrification.  THere used to be a club out in the valley called Queen Mary.  It shut down a couple of years ago, so don't waste your time looking for it.  Plus, it was mainly for drag hags.  It's been replaced by another hole-in-the-wall club called The Lodge.  Just do a search for it on City Search for theaddress.  Only night worth going, if at all, is Saturdays.  Some times you'll find hotties there, but mainly its theold Queen Mary crew (who somehow have managed to get even older and nastier).

There's also a place down in OC called The Frat House.  It's not very nice, and pretty far from where you're going so I won't go into details.  

Areana, and the club behind it in the same complex, can be ok for finding latina tg's (some who can be REALLY sexy), but your best bet in all of LA is Peanuts/aka Club 7969.  You may even see Saigon there, if she's in town.  Buy her a drink (Pinot Grigio) and tell her you've seen her on AsianTS.com.  She can be a bitch sometimes, but it never hurts to be nice

If you go to Peanuts on Friday or Mondays and are driving, you should get there early (say 9 pm) to find a parking spot on Santa Monica Boulevard.  Even better, stay at a hotel nearby and go by cab so you avoid parking hassels, and the risk of a DUI (the WeHo police are pretty aggressive, and you'll always see some dumb shit getting arrested after the club closes).  

The club doesnt get rocking till 11:30 pm.  If you go, find the bartender named Eric (hispanic guy with a goatee) and tell him Terry said hi.  He'll make you the best drinks (as strong, or as weak as you want them, just let him know up front and tip decently).  He can also tell you about many of the girls.

Also, I suggest you pick your girl b4 the club closes (2 am).  Don't risk hanging out after it closes to pick someone up, DON'T cruise the neighborhood in your car looking for one, and don't jaywalk with her if your car's on the other side of the street.  Like I said, the WeHo PD are aggressive, and very likely may nail your ass for solicitation (not a fun experience).  And nothing is stupider (sp?) that getting arrested for jaywalking with a hooker!

After hours, you can head east a couple of blocks to the Youkon Mining company.  It's a lousy restaurant, but lots of the tg's go the for breakfast.  It used to be an amazing place to pick up tgs (they'd roam the parking lot), but that stopped years ago (thanks again to the WeHo PD).  You might find a hook up there, but if not, it's fun to hang out and see the sights.

Saigon is human (I know, to some, she's more than that, which I can understand). Sometimes she's in a bad mood, but who can blame her? I don't. And don't get me wrong - - I didn't say she was that way usually. If you see her, be nice, and she'll probably be nice to you too.

But be aware that, if you want more than a smile, if she is interested she's going to cost (and probably quite a bit). YMMV.

thnx fancylighters 'cuz i think i was being a little bit too literal when u told me she could be bitchy. Also in retrospeck I could see why she would be a little uptight (if not alot). I mean having guys droolin' all over her all the time could make any girl want to shoo them all away somehow.
  I may not try to get her to bare my children on the 1st meeting, but I think it would be pretty fun just to converse with her and see what she's like. Who knows what'll hapen after that...

He's right (Fancyfighters) the Lodge in NoHo sucks and Peanuts is the best scene on Friday night. I once stayed at the airport Hilton on my way back from BKK to Miami and it cost me a $70.00 cab ride each way from Century BLVD (LAX) to Fairfax and Santa Monica where the club is--stay nearby like on Sunset at the Hyatt or Mondrian etc--great scene.
