Flat-chested post-ops

Now, for those of you who at the thought of post-ops, it might be good to either restrain yourself or find another thread.

I've seen some flat-chested post-ops on various sites. There aren't many. Some seem to go for SRS first, and then for boobs. These may, in fact, be the most eager LBs, for they want to get rid of the male genitalia, rather than acquire the significant feminine appearance that boobs can give.

Anyway, some flat girls are rather attractive, and being post-op is, of course, all the better. Since many (most?) Asian GGs have small breasts, at least it seems that way from the ones I see around me and the ones I've seen online (yeah, implant girls are also online - but realize that w/o the implants, they probably have nothing), it seems that a flat-chested LB is more in line with the Asian mainstream.

What do you guys think? Can a post-op LB still be a hottie if she's flat? Or do you think they should go all the way with the plastic surgery? Some, like Jannie, seem to be a little too big upstairs, but she's still a phenomenally gorgeous person.

My sentiments exactly! I figured they must be in a hurry to get it done. On the other hand, perhaps they are somehow feminists inside & don't feel the need to have breasts to satisfy men? Who knows...

I forget who it was, perhaps Poom, that didn't remove a bra during some photo shoot, because she was noticeably flat. It was sort of unfortunate, because the particular bra looked like an especially poor decision. I'm happy with total nudity, even for unenhanced girls.

I have to admit that Kitar is probably the only postie I can recall whom I didn't really cotton to. I think that it's because the blonde hair seems to look really weird to me, at least for this girl. I wonder how she'd look with her natural hair color, or perhaps a different dye job. Jannie, for instance, looked rather cute with her red streaks.

Had a friend come over last week, she had SRS but won't have her boobs done for another 2 weeks. Looked strange to me.

She didn't even have hormone breasts or large nipples. it was like a doll assembled from mixed parts. Beautiful female face with long hair, a boy's chest and a womans bottom.

not me..... the smaller the better in my opinion

if they are as flat as Kitar above they could be enhanced a bit by some hormone usage but then the girls sometimes can't get hard [pre-ops of course]. again the balance of small hormone breasts while keeping the ability to get hard; not always easy. But over-all I prefer small breasts to big ones, especially the surgeries that are too big and don't look natural.

I for instance love Anney's small hormone breasts. The interesting thing with this girl is that she did hips implants, but not boobs - what in my opinion is pretty clever as hips make a female look much more than boobs. Like PD said before, many Asian gg's have small boobs anyway and they don't even dare to show it, but a woman without female hips - doesn't really exist.

one of my post-op friend, she already done SRS , hip & breast implants and all those facial surgeries.....she said the most painful is hip implants, then breast implants....,followed by SRS...
sounds weird to me that SRS is least painful among those 3 !!!

One lb I was with had five bruises on each hip. Think this was some kind of hip injection. Is that the same as a hip injection?

I think I'm transitioning myself - from an exclusively pre-op lover to a post-op appreciater. - I always thought that the pics and videos of Poom as a post-op pre breasts were some of the hottest and sexiest on the site - but then what do I know? - I'm obviously very confused.
