Although on the surface, PI ladyboys coming to BKK seem like bring coals to Newcastle, it makes sense to be where the guys are. Her English skills sure differentiates herself from her Thai cousins. And working from referals in BKK sure is safer than working the streets of Singapore. But I think it only works for top tier PI ladyboys like Trish.
