it's the old double-edged sword cliche......we want our ladyboys to look like ladies and be as feminine as possible, but we also want their dick to stand up straight and cum like a racehorse and sometimes the 2 are just not possible, you know?

   twice now I have been very close with a ladyboy who was flat-chested and then went through the painful procedure of having boobs installed.  The Doctor's told them to stop hormone usage around the time of the operation and the sex life became MUCH better after they stopped; once they go back on them it became bland again.

       Hormones are great for making the girls look better, have smooth skin, maybe change their voice by an octave or 2 and have curves and small hormone breasts [yuummmm]. But they SUCK also because they make the girls dick basically useless depending on dosage amounts, and they also make them tired and lethargic half the time.  You guys that like Casanova-type girls or girls over 25; 'no worries' as our Aussie friends would say, your ladyboys usually don't take them. My type, AKA Ploy, Pooy, First, Nut, and basically any girl under 5 foot 4 and 110 pounds, usually are so jacked up on these things you would need a crane to get their toy to get hard and produce sperm.

Most ladyboys who take moderate doses of hormone drugs can perform well enough. As the use of hormones in Thailand is unregulated and they are readily and cheaply available it's easy to 'overdo it!'

Kui was a hormone honey for the first year of our relationship. She was functional because she didn't go too far with the dosage. Of course when she came off the hormones she was a lot bigger and had a much higher libido, so it's true to say that any intake will have some effect on the performance.

After breast implants the girls will normally reduce the hormone intake and often abandon them altogether.

  Surgery is completely unnecessary for these girls IMO, but they ALL want big tits and nose jobs, chin extensions[??], and now the new fad is hip implants where they add in some silicone or other nonsense like collogan to make them look like an asian Jennifer Lopez.  I say leave well enough alone.

Femboys, large spurting cocks ... Far too gay for my tastes. I don't think that is what ladyboys are for me. Femininity is the whole key surely ? It is a celebration of a successful battle a ladyboy has to conquer her male attributes, (her maleness, by not necessarily undergoing full SRS) and to pass easily as the woman she has always dreamed she wanted to be without anybody so much as batting an eyelid !!. What really is exciting about ladyboys for me is that you have a gorgeous woman with a small reminder of were she was before. I understand everyone has their own defintion of what a ladyboy is. However is someone not a ladyboy if because of their economic situtation they cannot afford surgeries or hormones? You guys are talking facade and aesthetics rather than the real psychological and physiological components. Is the converse also true for that if someone was to get breast implants and take hormones would that make them a ladyboy?

I believe you are born a ladyboy like you are born homosexual or heterosexual (I know many of you will debate this). It is not nurture but nature that determines this and any of you guys that agree with that statement cannot possibly say that you need breasts implants or even hormones to be a ladyboy.

Having said all that I myself am not usualy attracted to femboy types and prefer either reasonable sized hormone boobs or implants, also I do prefer the more feminine looking ones usually but not exclusively.
