right, but the girls in Casa are kind of like legends there and they have a good base of reperat customers; except for Marsha the Martian I have never seen a girl move from there to another Nana bar.

The idea of "sanuk" at work and an attitude of "mai pen rai" never sit well in a highly competitive business environment. Personally I love these ideals at work but they do not succeed well on the world stage. Look at the history if you want evidence and also thai's are or can be terribly stubborn absolutely sure there path is right because that is the way it has always been done and it would be almost sacriledge to embrace change or a new farang way !
