Only 4 nights in thailand; where would you go?

In a few weeks i will be in Thailand only for four nights. The first night i stay in Bangkok. What would you do with the other days?

I'd go to Pattaya. Pattaya is the only place in Thailand devoted to non-stop 24/7 sex. If you had a week perhaps I'd recomend Samui or Phuket but with only 4 days why fly somewhere else when you can get to your Pattaya hotel with a two hour cab ride.

I'd be at C+D in Phuket. And as for that 24/7 Pattaya thing, well when Closing time comes at C+D, just stock up for the night, so you don't run out.

If you are not on a  tight budget I see no reason to leave Bangkok.  On the other hand, 3 or 4 days at the Hi-Boss in Pattaya and   you would be sexually-fulfilled for the duration. can't go wrong in either place and   Pattaya is only 90 baht and 2 hours away.

I think the fact I haven't been back to Samui since december '03 speaks volumes

it's not like it's hard to get to or anything, Phuket is just soooooo much better

IF Lamai had lots of ladyboys I'd prefer Lamai to Phuket. I got lucky and met a real sweetie that I spent 5 days with. Also got real lucky finding a great hotel bargain. Plenty of gg in Lamai though.

I think Chaweng sucks. Hate the atmosphere and even though there's plenty of ladyboys there are no ladyboy bars. Instead there are three caberets and after they close the lbs freelance on Soi Green Mango.

Phuket is the by far a safer choice than Samui (except that there could be more Indo eartquakes which could cause tsunamis).

Only 4 nights in Thailand....why the hell leaving BKK then? You will get more than you would be able to manage there..... besides everything else you could do in this great city. Pattaya is nice for having a ball over the weekend, but if it's more or less only Pattaya...don't know, once I got sober I always found those German beer bars with all that ugly guys a bit depressing....
Everything else is definitely too far away and not worth the effort.

Depends on whether you have been to Thailand before. If you have then go see somewhere else apart from BKK & you probably feel confident to do so, if not then BKK has everything & more that a newbie could posssibly want & is a good enough place to get acclimatised. Nanaplaza has everything a LB could possibly want on a first visit. I voted "One day in Bangkok and then Phuket". More specifically Patong cause it has a nice beach, cocktails & dreams, nice beach, Soi Crocodile & nice beach. Some LB I know actually LIKE going to the beach. :-))

Since you only have 4 days and have to spend the first one in BKK (why?) I would just stay there. If you had longer I would recommend Patong. It all depends on what you are after right and how much cash you have to spend?

For me it would be one night in BKK,then off to soi 6 Pattaya.
But as im not staying 4 days it has to be BKK 1 night, 1 week Pattaya,1 night BKK,2 weeks Phuket then back to BKK for a few nights.

Capone, In answering your question, I just assumed that your trip was going to be a non-stop sex marathon. If that's what you want, go to Pattaya. If you like the beach go to Phuket. If you want world class stunners and see the Grand Palace, then saty in BKK.

Hey Vegas, You might consider flying from U-Tapao to Phuket, then Phuket to BKK. On domestic flights usually no discount for round trip.
