well, in reality all ladyboys are "gay", they prefer sex with people of the same sex and that is the usual definition of gay. But I see your point......bottom girls probably consider themselves as ladies more and large top girls like the Casanova crew who like to top may consider themselves more as men who look like ladies, but still a man at heart who likes to use their tool.

Both gay..... if a ladyboy prefers to top I would say she is gay because she likes having sex with men and being the dominant force; if a ladyboy likes to bottom I would say she is gay because she likes sex with men and likes to have sex and be in the position of being submissive and more like a lady, but is still a man.
