It's that time of the year again, and Miss Tiffany Universe 2015 kicks off March 25 at Central World in Bangkok.

Decades ago, some might have said Thai women are the most beautiful in the country. Now, Thai transsexuals have arguably taken over the helm. Miss Tiffany's Universe, an annual beauty contest for Thai transsexuals, will kick off at Central World on March 25, 2015. The photos are probably from those registering for the competition. Each year there are around 80 or more applicants, 30 of whom are chosen for the final competition in Pattaya.

In case you're wondering, yes some of them are preop, but most of them are NOT in the p4p scene. The applicants are generally screened for history of working as a bargirl or escort. In the earlier days of the contest (back in the 1990's and early 2000's) that wasn't done, and many lb bar girls entered.

Yes, northernguy222, the lbs in the Miss Tiffany contest are considered to be some of the most beautiful in Thailand. There has been discussion that the Miss Tiffany Universe winners are more beautiful than the gg winners of the Miss Thailand Universe contest.

It's truly amazing how beautiful they are. My theory is that the lbs nowadays are starting hormones at a younger age (before puberty - 10 - 12 years old), so the younger generation of lbs are more feminine. My gf says this is probably too early, but with easy access to hormones without prescription, they just need to have some money saved up. In the past they would start hormones around 16-18 or slightly later.

Update for the Miss Sexy Star segment - the venue has been changed to Pattaya Central Festival Mall, same day and time, April 24/15 at 7:00 pm. Apparently a "bikini show" in Bangkok isn't considered to be good form.

Well, lucky for me my work break came at the right time to attend Miss Sexy Star at Central Festival Mall in Pattaya. The venue was moved from Central World, due to the current directive that Bangkok is not supposed to have "sexy clad" women or lbs promoting events in the capital. It's too bad as it would have been indoors at Central World, while it was outside in Pattaya. Quite hot and humid, but luckily no rain.

Here are the first few photos - some promotional shots before the contest actually began. I was about 70 meters away up on a higher level overlooking the stage. A fair sized crowd, but I was expecting more.

The event was scheduled to start at 7:00 pm. It started late around 7:40 pm. There was a fair sized crowd gathered, but not as big as I was expecting. These shots are of the crowd before the actual start. A lot of lbs present of course and a number of VIP judges.

The first shot is of Nong Yoshi, an 18 year old lb is quite popular on social media (a net idol) and has been in a recent Thai movie. My lb friends have tipped her to be a strong candidate for a future Miss Tiffany Universe winner.

More photos - a few of the Tiffany Show girls did a couple of numbers before the contestants came on stage and also during an intermission.

More, there were a few supporters in the crowd, as you can see from the 1st photo with the waving signs. I had some problems with my flash - somehow it was overexposing, so I ditched it. The first 3 groups of 2 contestants were overexposed, but I caught them later.
