Strict computer laws ban 'obscene' material that could cause 'public panic'

So showing the bottom of a boob, and not the top, could cause 'public panic' ?

Where do they come up with these ridiculous ideas? Thailand wants to protect their reputation however they end up being laughed at across the world for being so stupid in their ways of protecting against 'public panic'

Possibly it could lead to a wardrobe malfunction much more easily?
Maybe it is also a safety concern?
With all the bottom support removed there is nothing stopping everything from busting loose.
In a big breasted lady once those puppies break loose some one could get hurt or bonked on the head.
Don't think this is much of an issue for most Thai women.

I suppose if huge breasts were unleashed in public there could be panic?
Men and babies would be pretty excited, not sure about panic tho.
Maybe a stampede?

I can't wait for major protests!
