If you're talking about Asian lbs, there is no other country like Thailand for the numbers you can meet, nor for the dedicated bars/clubs where you can meet them in.

The next country probably would be Philippines - however, there are very few dedicated bars/clubs for lbs. The best way to contact them would be via a dating site.

If you're into more the shemale, preop-ts scene then Brazil would probably be the best choice.
