Yes TM, it's for the "cheap charlies" who don't believe in giving the bar any business, or for those who want to take more chances. If you read some of the other lb boards, there are a number of customers who feel pride in getting the lowest price possible for p4p - including avoiding bar fines and negotiating to the absolute bottom.

On the other hand there ARE some fine freelancers in the Nana car park who are worth a go, especially if you are around for a while and you have the confidence. Just keep your wits about you. YMMV a lot!  Different fish, same sea.

That's like when I am bored I could read Craigslist for Thailand but I have to wonder. Why call someone up when all ou saw was a picture when you can walk to the GROCERY STORE and do your shopping.

There you go TM - but some guys are quite keen on avoiding the bar fine - but as you say, you don't know if the real thing will show up from Craig's List - fake pictures are in common use. At the bar you can see, and touch, smell, the real thing before taking her out.

Plus, and I know it is all BS, there is just something about the attention we get when we enter a bar. It aint real but it feels nice.

Plane lands 00:15hours, Getting thru customs, grab bag, cab, get to hotel in Nana area, quick tidy up, down to Nana 2:00hrs. Not bad BUT just on the then chuck out time of 2am. All LB bars emptying out. Disaster.... or What to do...... Nana car park of course. Freelancers? Bar girls? Who cares, I've seen some of these faces before. Not to waste a night or an opportunity. TM there ARE some gems that hang out there after bar close. Nothing to do with avoiding bar fines, although that can said to be a bonus especially if you arrive on late/early morning flights. Whether you see anything you like its GREAT entertainment any way you look at it. If you go to BKK, you have to experience Nana chuck out at least once! You never know what you might find until you look.
