But in Pattaya I can walk or bhat bus everywhere. I think though in the big picture you are correct. In my first visit in 2009 I had a BM take me around Pattaya. I did lose him at the third club. I guess I need help to learn BKK.

TM, it's true that transportation in Pattaya is very inexpensive with the Baht bus. However, in Bangkok the 4 bars in Nana Plaza, and the Guess Bar only a block away have well over 300 ladyboys. You can't imagine going into a NEP bar like Cascade or Obsessions and seeing 70-100 lbs on tap. The biggest lb bar in Pattaya - Obsessions has maybe 20 lbs on staff.

Then in Soi Cowboy which is about a 10 min taxi ride away - another 10-15 lbs, and Darkside Bar another 10 or so. In Patpong, with bars there another 150 or so lbs, a 20 minute taxi ride away from Nana Plaza.

Then there are all the other attractions. However, it isn't a good idea to get totally drunk when looking for lbs in Bangkok, as there are probably more scammers who would take advantage of you.

I have been to Guess and I felt lost. I know it's sad.

TM, you just have to find a "wingman" for visiting the Bangkok bars. Really can you imagine 2-3x the numbers of lbs you would find in Obsessions Pattaya in either Cascade, Obsessions BKK, or Kings' Castle 2? And that would be lbs of all types.

My first wingman to Pattaya was Richmond who I met here. He took me to Stringfellows, than Labamba, then to WS. He took me to Jenny Star Bar which is where I did my first BF. If you ever talk to BigTel or Daveduke they will tell you that I was totally clueless. Then Richmond took me to E-Zy bar and then I lost him for 2 days. LOL .

TM, I can suggest a good wingman for BKK who won't bail, if you happen to be there at the same time. I'll send you a pm about who to contact.

I did find Richmond later and found out that he was out for the two days. LOL But I learned, than Pacman taught me, than Daveduke, than BigTel. Then Alaskan Bear taught me there is NO such thing as excess. He did nothing half way.

Excess - well it depends on what your main goal is! Drinking to the point of forgetting isn't necessarily the best way to enjoy the lb experience. Anyway, glad you're thinking about Bangkok as well - Pattaya really isn't the centre of Thailand!
