Photo studio rental in BKK

Question for advanced photographers: Do you known of a good, well-equiped photo studio in Bangkok, where you can take one or more ladyboys and shoot sexy photos of them (no porn)?

Similar information for Pattaya would also be welcome. In Phuket, it is probably better to take your LB(s) to the beach.
