As for price, as I've said before, I think is much simpler and less confrontational that if you find someone you'd like to screw, just put your best smile on and simply tell her what you are thinking as far as timing (ST, LT, ST-room, your hotel, timing of a LT, etc.) Then keep smiling and tell her quietly and clearly how much she will get from you and ask her if she wants to go?  Do it with confidence.  And be prepared to go with her when she says OK.

If you ask them how much money they want, they will try to judge how much they can get. Then you have to work from there. Way too much drama and confrontation for my tastes.  

This approach has worked nearly flawlessly for me. Yes, I have had a turn-down (very few) and also, it is rare indeed that I have had anyone request more money later than they agreed to.    You'll pay just what you want to pay and you are fairly clear that she is going to be satisfied with that amount.
