I'm asking this question to the board and to anybody who might has an answer since years. Actually it's VERY unusual!!! I haven't seen it anywhere in Asia, though I met a Korean couple once in a Club in London. Actually the "lesbian" thing I've only seen so far in Western countries. If the answer to both of these is yes, which I believe it is then it must also be true that some ladyboys can be attracted to women and hence be classed as lesbian?
