I've lived with a couple of ladyboys when they have gone through this operation in the past...

You ladyboys sure have a high threshold for pain!

I totally agree..I spent five nights in hospital drugged up to the eyeballs...
Some of my friends,make breast using local anesthetic and walk back in
to the condo 7 hours later like nothing had happened!
