why the fuck is it everytime i am out of my shop for prolong periods of time when it is finally time to go back to work (tommaro) I have to go back to a crew of discrentaled employees wanting to Leave and quite work.
I just got off the phone with my manager in charge and I hear I'm Losing three 3 people. It fucking happens every time i'm gone for more than 3 or 4 days. I haven't worked for 14 days and i have to go in tommaro only to have to put up with alls kinds of Human Resource Bullshit.
Tell me my employees don't LOVE ME ! They call and leave me meassages on my cell phone all the time but i never answer because i'm trying to relaxe.
Think I learned a Valuable Lesson, I'll be picking up my cell phone measages from here on out.
