Morning Chaps,

Thought id say hello, been missing for a couple of months lol, but still alive and well.. Just been running running and more running. Doing London and Berlin marathon this year and some other lil ones lol. However havent forgotten about the special ladies, just put them on the back burner for a year or 2 ill be back late next year so keep um warm for me  

Ive booked my holiday for this year ill be in Brazil 21st Dec - 21st Jan so if anyone has any advice for me lol feel free to share or if anyone wants to join me for a few beers out there...

I was in Chatuchak market last week for the first time since we were there together 5 years ago... I was thinking about you then in that hot sweaty place with that beer and brandy filled day!

ive just booked my return ticket to Rio for the above dates, no plans as yet, i wana do a week in the amazon one of them tours where they teach u how to kill shit and live off the land, ive checked the prices and stuff and for a week its nearly the same price as my flight lol i wana see that iguassu falls jobie and maybe sau paulo apart from that just chilling....

There loss mate, there loss...... As for the old drinking i cant count on one hand the amount of times alcohol has passed these lips this side of new year, im not t-total my body is just temple like for now lol i had a few lastnite for a mates bday lastnite and ive been drinking water all day lol. got a 20miler on sunday so need to be in ship shape lol Brazils gona be a messs i can sense it, will try and get squirly out ther for a few
