One of the increasing number of things that really annoy me (OK, so I have answered my own question about whether I am getting more cantankerous as I get older) is the tendency in the UK for organisations to give really attractive deals to get new customers whilst totally ignoring existing ones and then complaining that their customer base isn't loyal.
Why am I posting this on this forum? Look up to the top and see that the forum is offering free membership of Ladyboyflix to new customers. What about your existing customer base, you know, the ones who supported your move from a free forum to a paying one when we didn't know if it would work? The ones who risked their money on a big unknown! Do you really want us to let our membership lapse and wait until you introduce another offer?
