More importantly bruce, find out if the parkway is err guest freindly like the majestic, im booked in at the majestic during the songkran in a double-deluxe room, but the parkway rooms look good and its cheaper too and close to the fun

I have also tried to get a booking at the Majestic Suites for the weekend starting March 12th, but they replied that majestic Suites is completely booked, but after I called them up and had a chat with the general manager, they offered to put me up at their new hotel called the Majestic Grande which is next to the JW Marriott ( supposed to be a 4/5 star). Gave me a price of 2500 baht all inclusive.(breakfast/tax/etc).

The JW Marriott is a fantastic 5 star hotel and where I always stay. It's right across the road from Nana and I've never had any problem bringing in girls... even 2 of them at a time. I stayed at the Parkway for a night. I donnot know about lb friendly b/c I checked out of the landmark and stayed there one night and I had to leave the hotel by 3:30am to make my flight back home. It is ok a lot like Dynasty Inn
