For GDS orginal question - it's difficult to put into words, some have made good posts I agree with. Yes, postops sometimes can be more beautiful than preops, and ggs. That's one attraction. Another is that they definitely know what makes a guy feel good!  

Something I have found is that they can be very appreciative when you treat them as a normal person - get to know them as a person, and not just as sex object. Of course many bms here have also found this out with preops as well.

As for having sex with postops - it very much depends on the dr and how well they have done their postop care. Some drs are skilled enough to craft a self lubricating vagina, that is sensate so orgasm is possible. Granted TS's can be every bit as manipulative but I don't get that vibe from them initially. Its more like lets fuck now and figure out the rest later. I can understand the anecdotical reasons like "she has a great charater and therefore I prefer her to GGs" - OK.

BUT

Supposing there is nothing special about the postie's character, I don't see how a post-op would be more interesting than a GG.

Maybe the bodycurves are a bit different.
That's one of the things I find most attractive in Ladyboys - nice bodies, small bums. Once they pump silicone in their bums, they don't look as attractive to me anymore.

But some GGs have great bodies too.

So, choosing between a postie with a great body and a girl with a great body, I don't see what would make the postie special.
