              Yes it's the same thing. "Katoey" is the Thai word for "3rd sex" as the Thai's don't see them as men or women but something totally different. You have 3 kinds of sex in Thailand:
              Man
              Woman
              Katoey

              I guess we could call it 'close encounters of the 3rd kind' when you sleep with a Katoey!
