Hello Alyssa like the web page but I have a couple of polite suggestions about the home page.    

Make your phone numbers bigger  -  use the width of the line.

The text under the phone numbers is too small for old gits like me to read easily on a computer screen  -  even with my glasses!
If you make it the next font size up it will probably be OK.
Otherwise you may need to change the colour  -  the yello is easier to read than the white.
(I'm not saying make it all yellow but try a different shade of white if possible)

I'd also suggest tidying the 'ENTER' and 'EXIT' buttons and personally I would put the
'Warning - This website contains material with an adult theme. Please read and confirm the following To enter the website you must be over the age of 21(or minimum legal age for the country in which you reside). Under 18 please leave this site.'
at the bottom of the page  -  nobody reads it anyway!    

The other pages look good.    

I would suggest making the  'In Manila now - +(63)9204958490 or just 09204958490 when inside the Philippines' on the 'About' page bigger.
You got their attention with the picture  -  reel them in with the phone number!

I often see this in Asia but I would strongly suggest to break any phone number into groups of 3 or 4 digits. Whether jotting them down or dialing them, one gets easily lost in such a long sequence of numbers. Groups of 3 or 4 are easier to remember.

I even think there are rules for breaking them up apart from - country code first, then city code, then the actual phone number in groups of 3 or 4 digits.

Example: +(63) 920 495 8490 or +(63) 9204 958 490 ... I guess it depends whether 920 is a city code ...

I am also not completely sure whether the + should go inside the brackets or not as it often stands for a 0 or 00 which need to be dialed before the country code.

And - this refers to other text on yr page - as we talked about punctuation in another thread, there is a space before the first bracket and after the last bracket but no space between brackets and word/s inside them.

Example: Enter (text) more text ...
