just an observation  

I typically avoid tasting things that smell like piss.

If at nearly 50 I'm still falling for the "ew... smell THIS" type of exhortations you might as well just shoot me in the head.

I have always wondered about the safety aspect with the ladyboys i.e. in taking her body fluids. Or is it no different than saliva?

This is a bit outside my territory  -  Rxpharm is probably going to be the most knowledgable if/when he sees this thread.

So far as I know there is no likelyhood of catching anything via breast milk.

However any hormones that are in their bloodstream will be in the breast milk.
Hence my comment above about it being one way of taking your female hormones.
Certain other things like vitamins also make it through.

The flavour will be affected by whatever they eat generally or have eaten recently  -  same as with sperm.

The discussion about whether or not transsexual women can lactate has been done before in older posts.

Basically it goes like this:

A genetic woman who's given birth also expels the hormone-producing placenta, and the estrogen and progesterone levels in her body suddenly drop. In a transsexual woman, ceasing an additional high oestrogen and progesterone dosage that's been taken for several months will have the same affect if the hormones have worked. Recognising that the "birth" has happened, the pituitary gland now signals the body to make lots of milk in order to nourish the baby by increasing its output of the hormone prolactin, and the changes in hormone levels thus cause milk production to begin.

So when you want your lb to be "strong" and stop taking hormones, she may end up producing milk.

RR is correct in his post that whatever you eat will affect the "taste" of the milk and indeed hormones pass through the milk glands.

I have met some lbs who produce milk and it's been tasty - but in small quantities of course!

Babies are at greater risk because a) their immune system is not well developed yet, and b) their digestive system is also not fully developed either.

For a healthy adult to contract the virus, there would have to be an open sore or wound for the virus to enter the body. Otherwise the acid in the stomach would neutralize it.
