This is helpful information. However, it would be much more helpful if SOMEONE had gotten hold of a Thai Tourist Police report and then obtained permission from the website owner (first) for the right to post this Thai Tourist Police report.
Just my thoughts......they may or may not be pertinent in this instance (or in ANY instance?).
Damned if I know....
