"In the early hours of Wednesday Morning, Khun Supar aged 37 made a Police Report regarding a serious assault of her older brother which had occurred earlier in the night. She explained that her brother, Khun Nigon aged 26, who is currently in a serious condition in Hospital, had spent the evening at Hollywood Discotheque which is located in North Pattaya, where he met a woman and decided to invite her back to his room at the Garden Sea View Hotel in Naklua. When the pair arrived, Khun Nigon realized that the woman was in fact a transsexual and ordered the man out of his room. Some time later, the man re-appeared with five other friends and proceeded to assault Khun Nigon who sustained broken arms, two broken fingers, a dislocated shoulder and both of his knee-caps had been dislocated. Details of the incident were lodged with Police Lieutenant Colonel Pumipat at Pattaya Police Station who will do his best to locate the attackers who could face charges of attempted murder when caught"

Sound like the security gaurd was half asleep...

At the Amari resort they have para military duty gaurd now at reception , i thought they were in fact police when i brought a LB back a couple weeks back.

Over the years I have always heard stories of LB stealing stuff, beating people up, all the crazy urban myths out there. I am sure that some of them are true, but I guess I have been lucky, I have never had anything even close happen to me. Knock on wood!

Maybe the guy , if he was Thai , lived a cloistered lifestyle and in fact was what we term a Greenhorn. I know a few guys in the west who acted liked complete idiots on their inaugaral venture into the pleasures of the flesh and were fleeced of thousand$.

Not everyone on the planet is immersed in things sexual most of the waking hours or spends the whole day honing the LB radar.

If the guys came from some village where he has only ever seen one LB then he may not be aware. Most people in Thailand dont live in Walking Street or Nana Plaza

Yeah, I don't believe a Thai man that partied with the ladyboy would not know. There are very few completely passable ladyboys out there.

It does make for a good story though, now they forget to mention the farangs that get drugged every night by beach road ladyboys....but that is old news by now since it happens so much right?
