for hours and hours of entertainment you can play spot the ladyboy at the qbarbangkok website.  so far I havn't spotted any famous girls but I would be willing to bet that about half the girls with the white guys are ladyboys!

I have taken Mrs Foxxee to Q bar on a few occassions as we normally stay around the corner. We have never been refused entry. I think it depends on whether the ladyboy is obviously straight from Nana and on the prowl or not.
(Incidently both times we were admitted and left in a bout 3 minutes... not for me.)

q bar gets a bit of a model-esque crowd sometimes, so i'm not convinced they are ladyboys... tho if that white woman isnt a ladyboy, shes a victim of too much plastic surgery- the nose and chin for starters... the guy to her right looks like joe cummings the author of bkk lonely planet...

q bar has a strict NO-Ladyboy policy. They actually see all the ids of thai people to make sure there are not ladyboys within the customers... I have tried in the past to enter with my ex-girl and got the "Door" slammed on my face...

by the way at the 2nd photo the old blond lady is a "quite famous" at Bangkok by night... I ld rather not tell you more details

I never thought Ronelle was a trannie...    sorry dftsluvr, she looks too Germanic to me without the male features.

However there is no way the two girls in the top photo are not ladyboys, most likely Post-ops but LBs never-the-less.

The give-away? Check how high their hair line is for one thing. Their prominent, muscly shoulders (although thin) for another. GGs just don't look like this.

Plus their beauty, all the female hormones that LBs take result in them becoming far prettier (usually) than their GG counterparts.

Can anyone prove that I am wrong? I would be most surprised.
