She has been saving like crazy to buy land for the family so they can have a small farm and be self sufficient. Up in her own area farm land is about 40K Baht a Rai - 1600 Sq metres for about $1200.

Good to see someone thinking of their future.

My bet is that she will find "retirement" a bit quiet and that she will return within the month. Mind you she did suggest that she could open a LB bar in her village!

Hey, can I 'retire' with her? I just got my one year retirement VISA approved. I can help buy some land!

At least 100 BMs & LBs partied till late last night at the OVEN party, the overdue opening of the club.

And the special guest of the evening did not disappoint,
leaving everyone waiting till late before suddenly, she was amongst us.          

I think most had given up, the question as to whether she was coming had started in earnest from 9 onwards.

Just as soon as everyone recovers from their hangover I hope some pics start appearing.        

The new best friend of the bar, bumblebee, took plenty, but mate the ones of naang & I are not for publication. OK?
I would like a few copies though.

A great night - many thanks to the LaBamba team for their efforts (I think Porn forgot to call me Papa, too  ).   Sorry I didnt get to chat too much, Sam, I was preoccupied  

Alis was the perfect host too     So many ATS board members there....  someone even suggested a group photo  

And there were a few interesting LB visitors too - including Cindy, Naang Faa of course, and the two in my photo....   but they didnt take to the photographer, judging by their expressions!   What has monkeymen ever done to them?   ...  OK, that's the answer
