i might be an oddball here but i started out focused on los but more and more i am dating where i live. though i have been lucky in finding lbs i think.

whenever i travel to another city or country, if alone, i try to find LB action.
i have been successful of course in thailand, and singapore. i did it once in laos- wasnt good. once in indo , wasnt good. never vietnam (only gg). malaysia i have had decent luck time to time. san francisco i have had a few good ones. LA one decent one.

Yes, the TS scene in USA is not as exciting as LOS. Just like Europe and Australia, you can find some fine looking TS but the prices are anywhere from $150-200 a session. And they have attitudes as well. Just not the same experience.
