The Ladyboys of Bangkok have touched down in Northern Ireland on their 2009 Mile High Tour.
Sixteen of the world's most beautiful showgirls - who just happen to be men - are performing two shows each night at a two-week residency in the Speigeltent in Custom House Square.
The show made its UK debut at the Edinburgh Festival 11 years ago and has been packing in crowds at venues across the UK ever since.
This week it finally landed in Belfast.
The highly colourful cabaret-style shows €“ which feature an Abba medley, Rod Stewart and Michael Jackson look-alikes, amazing acrobatics and dozens of costume changes €“ are being held twice nightly in Custom House Square up until November 21.
Philip Gandey, the producer and director of the show, told Belfast Telegraph online: €œThe Belfast audiences love the Ladyboys and the Ladyboys love Belfast.
€œIts very much a word of mouth thing. It€™s a show that people really have to come and see for themselves and then go and tell their friends about it.
€œWhen we started in the UK in Edinburgh 11 years ago it was quite a small affair. But this year we were the biggest at there, selling over 40,000 tickets.
€œIt€™s the same story in major cities across the UK. Each year the audiences just get bigger and bigger.€
Leyla, one of the stars of the show, said: €œI€™ve been a ladyboy for six years. I€™m very happy to be in Belfast. I really enjoy the shows €“ all the fun and the dancing €“ and performing live in front of people€
