Hi everyone, Just like to say what a great setup you have here. I went to BKK and Pattaya in Sept with the intention of having my 1st LB adventure but failed miserably, I went to one of the bars in Nana and they scared the shit out of me as soon as I walked in, grabbing, pulling, pushing, screaming (guess they thought I was Brad Pitt) I didn't even order a beer lucky to escape in one piece I think.So I settled for a nice BG from across the road by the hotel.  
I'm going back again in March and this time I'm determined, with a bit of help from you guys to make my dreams come true. Can anyone please give me the contact details of a couple of beautiful, not too excitable and relatively stable girls who would be willing to take my TS cherry. Thanks.

I'm not a fan of pre-contact cause I imagine things can get very awkward if you don't hit it off.
But i really don't know cause I never tried it.

There are some ladyboy bars where you will not be mobbed the moment you walk in the door.
Sally's in Jomtien is one example from what I hear Cocktails and Dreams in Phuket would also fit the bill.

definately stay in touch and keep asking questions and reading this forum here, and all your questions will be answered. You probably walked into Obsessions bar, which CAN be a bit overwhelming on your first try. Cascades on the 3rd floor is a bit less intimidating.

try this....... anytime you walk into a ladyboy bar, ask one of the waiters or waitresses to chat with the Mamasan. they will bring her right over and all the girls are afraid of her, and they will leave you alone if she is sitting with you. Buy her a drink [worth 3 bucks] and scope the place out; when you see a girl or 2 that you really like, tell her and she will call her over and leave you alone.

between now and march we will have you as ready as any veteran.

I'm also new to the site and think it's excellent!.

I made my first trip to Thailand in October last year, to fulfill my fantasy of meeting some beautiful Asian ladyboy's.

It didn't all go smooth, i didn't know what i was doing and made alot of mistakes,
i found the LB bars very intimidating, shit, i was even intimidated by the BG before i reached the LB bars and most nights ended up taking them home.

But joining this site and reading though all the posts has given me alot more confidence for when i return at the end of the year, i only wish i'd joined earlier.

But after saying that i still had an awsome time in BKK, there's nothing quite like it, but i know this year i'll have a much better time doing what i want to do thanks to you guy's and this site.

great to have you around, Stevey......same advice goes for you that went for Dave; if you have something to ask us, feel free and it can usually be answered by 5 or 10 guys who have been to Thailand many times and know the ladyboy scene very well. By the time you head back you will be a seasoned pro with nothing to fear LOL.

Glad to here i'm not the only one that wimped out Stevie, seems to me that if the mamasans curbed the girls enthusiasm a little they would make a lot more money. We can't be the only two guys that did a runner.

I know it can be overwhelming especially to some Cherry Boys!! Once you "break your duck" you will take to it quite easily!! It would help if you had an old hand but you can do it by yourself. If you want to go to Phuket-you wont have that problem at all. You will have to get the girls to come to you. Its no hassle no hustle, they have A LOT of great talent and its an honest place!!! You cannot go wrong there!!

This is exactly what I was going to write. It is all about being assertive. I was mobbed first time also, and I hate it. Makes me feel really claustraphobic.

If you immeidately say "I want to see the mamasan" it suggests to them that you are an old hand and they will not hassle you while you are with the mamasan. You can make it very clear to the mamasan that you do not like to be swamped.

Give it a try. It definitely works.

All good advise from you guy's, and looking back i wish i did alot of thing's different, but still a good learning curb.

I completely agree with you Toprig about the enthusiasm of the girls, especially to newbies like us, and i'm sure we were not the only 2 wimps in BKK last year.

Jaidee, yeah i thought BKK was amazing, in fact i opened an account today to start saving for my trip at the end of the year and i have been buzzing allday thinking about it.

one more question guys, I've taken BG to the Manhattan in BKK and the Sunshine in PTY with no problems at all, do they and hotels in general treat LB the same or are we likely to find a few problems in this respect?

I have never one had a problem bringing a ladyboy to my room either for fun or for work; never once have I ever been told "You can't bring her in here, she is a ladyboy" and it's probably a good thing; I would hate to have to strangle the poor desk clerk that says that to me.
