for those of you who have never been to Patong beach, you must realize that there are at least 200-300 ladyboys who live there full-time in an area which is not very big. many of these girls come from the south like new girl Mai and old friends Golf, Linly and Sha Sha and Gigi, and Janny our Muslim friend from Kamala. Many come from other regions; Banana, Ming and Toi from C&D are from Issan, and old pals Annie and Phone come all the way from Chiang Mai to work in Phuket.
Mickey may be able to answer this question, but I wonder what all the girls from the Tequila bar scene will be doing now for "work"? even should that soi re-open soon, it will take a long while for it to get back to normal again, probably not even until next dry season. This year could prove to be a bad money-making time for these girls and they may be forced to work in Pattaya or BKK, and I presume they have good reasons for not wanting to live in those 2 places.
