Haven't been to Isaan (am I missing an IN joke here) but I've done years in China and I'd just about rather shit in my pants than squat.

I didn't realize ladyboy actually identified Thai trans originally, though the PI LBs have certainly picked up on the term. Also interesting to hear your perspective of them as 'different creatures'.

Stewart, you're an intriguing chap, you go to the trouble to admonish ladyboyluva for starting this thread, when with just as much effort you could have made a small contribution with an insight of your own.

But it isn't any business of mine what motivates each of us to visit the forum. This thread is not meant for the 95% you refer to, some of us are very interested in discussing the pros & cons of a relationship with a transgender, regardless of whether she is Thai or Filipina.

As to the idea that there are better places to discuss this, I would beg to differ. Where else but a site that boasts such a body of knowledge of all things ladyboy, would one find such qualified opinions?

I wish the answer to LBLuva's query was cut & dried, the infinite number of outcomes has been mentioned, I can only concur that there is no one-size-fits-all answer.

I know a LB relationship can succeed but I despair at the thought of trying to find the right one. It will take more than perserverance & money, luck is needed too.

Yes, I've got some idea of the nature of the beasts we pursue, but this place is a fountain of knowledge that certainly has given me food for thought.

While the sex romps provide titillating entertainment for the masses, it is surely interesting for some of us to learn more about the nature of real relationships and their trials and tribulations. If I wanted to know about men and women there's a million movies, tv shows, books and songs that can be refered to, but with a LB it feels a bit like one is riding by the seat of one's pants and it's still a pretty steep learning curve for me.
