if a girl feels it necessary to get worked on [and they ALL do] I still say it's best to keep 'em small, around 250cc.... the bigger they are, the better the chance they will look all weird and misshapen.

My girlfriends getting hers done in a few months. Now i'm quite worried mainly for selfish reasons. I like Femboys and i have a feeling that these new bolt ons are gonna lessen the attraction. Even more so if one nipple is pointing at the ceiling. I'm happy for her but also scared.

sorry to say your fears are all for good reason.

       Most ladyboys think "the bigger the better" and usually settle for the 300-325cc variations, which are perfect for a girl who is about 5 feet 9 and 135 pounds or so.  Problem is, most LB's are smaller than that and big tits look ridiculous;  clownish  barbie-looking tits which make no sense on a small body and just scream "ladyboy"......when what they want is to look like, and be accepted as,  a lady.   Well ...think about it....have you ever met a Thai lady with big tits, naturally?  Very rare... if these LB's wanna look like a Thai lady, they would go small as in the 250cc range; then they would look like the majority of Thai ladies, who are slim and have small tits.

     They want Pam Anderson..... they want Hollywood.... they want what they see on TV and in the movies from America and that means BIG, except the problem is that  BIG looks freakish on a small frame!

      Paying for 'em won't solve the problem, either.... I have never ponied up the cash for that myself, but I have read here and also talked to guys who have done it for someone and they always give in to what the LB wants; probably out of reasons of love or to make her happy, etc.....whatever..... and then they end up paying for something the girl wants and which THEY are usually not even happy with.

I agree...small is better and much more natural....the size of the breast implant depends on the body frame of the ladyboy...and the result is usually much better when both match.

and what about when the skin between the tits becomes detached from the underlying chesty bit - voila, mono-tits.
I admit to a total bias against surgery, but I have yet to see good looking bolt-ons.
Hormones seem to give great results, but the effects of hormones on the cock are generally grim.
I like BOY chests - on account of this last problem with hormones, but I always was a tit man back in the dark days before life began.

well - whatever you like, but I have always been v. fussy where tits are concerned.
U can usually see the outline of the implant - they are rarely symmetrical, they behave oddly when the lady lies on her back, and they do not jiggle in that sexually provocative manner when moving.
Add to that unusual nipple placement......

Still, if u likem - fine by me.

as I say, IMO it's about 50-50

Donnnnny and BM like the bigger the better; some guys like myself and Stogs, Mirimark, etc.....like 'em small.

again, the chocolate and vanila debate; no chance every person will agree on the size of surgical tits, so you stick with what you like and mention it here, it's why message boards like this one are fun to read. In my mind this set below are perfect; even if this girls' face is average her hormone tits are just fine and no work is needed.
