Is the Mr. 99 Shrimp Resturant on Beach Rd the same as the Mr. 99 Shrimp bar where Dao and Nunge work ?

Yes Mr 99 shrimp bar/restaurant is one in the same. However Dao does not work there. She actually does not even live in Pattaya but lives in Laos and travels down to Pattaya usually during the high season. In fact she is there now and works in the Pussy Bar on soi 7.

They have a pretty good 'all you can eat' buffet for 239 Baht. You pile all the stuff you want cooked on a plate and hand it to the cook who then (over)cooks it and hands it back to you a few minutes later! the Lobster Bisque soup and crusty bread selection is fuckin' awsome!
