foxeee, the girl in post 72 is no. 13 and she was 1st runner up in this contest. I cannot recall her being in Miss Cascades 2007, but it would not surprise me. Some of the girls compete in smaller contests through the year getting ready for Miss Tiffany.

guydesavoy, if you mean do they have SRS in order to enter this contest - I don't think so. As mentioned there are preops in the contest as well as postops, but I am not sure of the numbers. The 2007 Nong Film was preop when she won, as were a couple of others in the past.

i had a other question what are the rules for the girls concerning there quest of there transgender are there restrictions on the use of hormoons and transplant and facelift.
Must she be as normaal as possible or she can participate aldo she use hormoon or had a implant ??
