Regardless, the hairy look is not something I care to look at, especially up close and personal. Hormones will reduce the amount of hair but not remove it completely. Even GG's have to shave or wax and they produce hormones naturally.

Of course it differs from person to person and if somebody has a very strong hairgrow, he'll have to shave even when he takes hormones (of course it depends on the dose as well, but I assume only anti-androgen combined with estrogen treatments), but firstly you can't compare female natural hormone production with males taking artificial hormones, the reaction of the body is completely different and secondly women with a strong hairgrow have too much androgene anyway and should take hormones as well. Only men with extremely strong hairgrow (what is not the case with the one on this picture and actually is very rare in E- or SE-Asia anyway - we could talk about middle-east or some latin-american LB's, they are really poor bastards) don't react properly on hormone treatment.
The only part of the body where hormones don't work is the face. Facial hair has to be removed by laser therapy.
