Well you could probably do that in some ladyboy bars if you tip them. On the stage if you want.

Ladyboys are not welcome in many nightclubs in Bangkok but not to sure about saunas. Some some may not.

Careful with street freelancers. There is often reasons they don't work in any bar. Some are ok but many are on drugs.

Just be extra aware. You may save a few bucks but it can cost you. Your hotel should take a copy of their ID if you bring them back to your room. If you go to a short time room not sure if they check IDs. You may want to check their ID to make sure they are of age, especially if you go to their place or no one else checks their ID. This is true for any ladyboys you don't get from a bar. You may even want to check all IDs of any ladyboys you skronk. If they don't like it, move on. All in Thailand are required to carry ID so they will have it. Think twice about going to their place if it is a street girl. Watch for signs of drug use, 90% of addicts in Thailand use Ice or Yaba which is basically crystal meth. Don't agree to invite their friends and be wary of your surroundings, like anyone following you etc. Freelancers off the street are not obligated to anyone, you may have a higher chance of being robbed or extorted. With bar girls you have somewhere to complain to. Lastly you have a higher chance of catching something from a street girl, so just be careful.
