guys, just remember my prediction that nana plaza was going to be dead in a year or two and the whole area would be gentrified.
this whole red vs. yellow fiasco might just help to accelerate the inevitable demise of the plaza.

People have been prediciting the demise of Nana for years. It is sure to happen - only question is when.the inevitable demise of the plaza.
Same goes for PP and Cowboy, all super prime real estate.
Truth is nobody knows, just look at the LS Night market. That should have been closed quite some time back but is still going strong.
