That would be quite funny, a few of us have disussed this in the chatroom. If it was in Thai language bm would be taking lb to translate what was said under his photos. It might go something like these:

When an irresistable force meets an immovable object is an apt way to describe the clash between boarhog & Naang Faa.

I have followed much of their debate in the chatroom & I found both offered valid points, what they can't do is agree on a girls right to privacy.

That really is the end of it but instead pf accepting the others opinion, this has descended into a fight over who is right.

I have never met boarhog but when that glorious day arrives, I won't be looking for any arguments. I have met Naang Faa & a smarter, more decent girl I don't know. She is a credit to the forum & it ill-behoves her to allow this to have blown out of all proportion.

What is offensive though & what I do object to is this little gem in one of boarhogs latest posts:

You should come in for a while and see some of the bar men patronizing her thinking they may able to hook up with her down the line.
Little do they know they have no chance and she doesn€™t lead them to believe they do, but in their infinite wisdom they think by ditching their own opinion and agreeing with her, they some how have a shot.

I would be one of the "bar men" referred to here & if I am guilty of adding a comment that conflicts with boarhogs, I reject the assertion I am patronising her for a chance to hook up with her later.

The use of the term "infinite wisdom" here is ironic indeed, it would only need a touch of it for this to have been settled where it started instead of becoming this unedifying circus.

A few valuable lessons have been learnt here.....or have they? I guess we will know by the tone & sentiment of further posts by the warring parties.

I never looked at it as a war or said she was wrong about the issue. I have only defended my onion. If you had been a long for more of the ride than what you have pac you might see that. It€™s not a win or lose thing with me. It€™s only my right to have an opinion which isn€™t the same as hers. Because it isn€™t I've been called wrong by her, and because I wont admit it, I€™m an idiot (or worse) in her estimation.

I have been more than willing to move on, and every time I have she claims I'm running away or hiding? I€™m not at all; I have accepted (day one) that we will never agree on this issue pertaining to photos. I have provided a thread for her to press this issue with other people. If you were around the chat room later you would have seen we are now talking about other topics and quite civil I might add. So at the end of the day this thread (encouraged by her) helped facilitate that and I€™m happy it has. You can try to sensationalize it all you want but it was hardly a war.

It€™s not going to be the last difference of opinion but hopefully we both accept we are different. Different backgrounds, different morals, ethics, whatever. I'm not going to push mine on her or anyone, and I will not accept someone, even in some position of authority pushing theirs on me.

As for bar men patronizing her, she is aware of it happening she want born yesterday. I'm not going to name people they can figure it out on their own, just as people in the chat room can see through it for what it is. We have all types in there which makes it interesting. Some will ride the fence on an issue, some will avoid completely ad some may side with perceived power. Some may actually believe in her opinion and some may actually agree with me.
I had a long discussion with her last night about her avatar. If she was some unattractive hippo, she would get treated much differently. You wouldn't see the hearts and flirtatious comments, and much of the kissing up by A) being attractive B) in a position of authority.

You cat deny most people judge a book by its cover especially bar men. She knows she gets judged by outer beauty. Doesn't like it but that€™s just the way it is. You may like her or know her for the person inside the alright. There are things I like about her (passion, tenacity, forwardness) but I€™m not going to let those blur my opinion which I have charged is the case with some.

This thread smacks to me of a clash of personality rather than a difference of ideology.

Naaang Fa is admin of the chat along with me and KatoeyLover and that isn't gonna change unless she wants to pull out.

I don't always agree with her (and I'm sure she takes issue with many of my insane rants) but there is no better person for the Chat Room right now.

Yes you are absolutely correct about that€¦ the photos are the property of the photographer and can be given away for free without a model release. It€™s only if the photos are to be sold for profit like to a pay site that a model release is required.

One of the porn companies I worked for in the past we had this model that after the shoot decided she didn€™t want to sign the release form. The guy then told her€¦ €œOK fine have it your way€¦. We can€™t then sell your photos but I sure as hell can give them away for free and we will all over the net€ the girl then signed the release form.

I don't think the issue raised is to do with legalities - more i think its a moral question.

Do we have the right to plaster pics over the web? Maybe the answer legaly is yes, but morally it's questionable.

As i stated in the chat room, i don't have the RIGHT to post, but i don't care and will freely post in our forums.

As has been stated by Stogie and others, these girls are well aware of what may come of these pictures and
when they say yes to them, they are aware of the ramifications.

If a lady clearly states they are to be for own my purpose or please do not post pics, then i will always abide by her wishes.

What i find really odd is why this issue has come about in the first place.
