From my understanding of copyright law, it is the author or the work; in this case, the person taking the picture, who has legal right to do whatever he/she wants with the photo. In a P4P setting, unless clearly stated in writing, the picture taker also has legal rights over photos taken. The only exception is if the subject of the pic is an employee of an establishment at the time and then the employer has all rights to photos taken while the employee is on the clock.

I know this subject has been discussed at length many times and I agree that Stogies handling of the matter has been exceptional; if there is a problem, he mediates it.

I think the LB's should stop complaining and start bringing their cameras too. Any photos they take are subject to the same copyright laws. I think when we start seeing all those handsome mugs on the forum we will see a final resolution to this issue.

Nope what they do for one board member they may not do for another, especially if you hansum man . Just because they let you take pictures for your PERSONAL consumption is NOT the same as giving permission to "publish" to the "world".

Best to ask if they mind you posting them, and if not keep them for your personal use.

To clarify a little further Naang Fah never asked or told me to quit posting photos that were done without permission. Her point which I referred to as her crusade was €œits wrong to do so€. After days of hearing her tell me I was wrong and she was right, I suggested that I would put up a thread to address it and she could push her views on someone other than me. While she thinks it€™s a right or wrong issue I think we are getting permission from them when they allow us to photograph them. Its only my opinion. They show us what they want to. Even though the photos were for my own personal viewing when I took them some lb€™s would not allow even one photograph. You€™ll see a lb in my desk cleaning thread who wouldn€™t allow her flat chest or cock to be photographed. I remember going through the shots with her after and she had me delete photos that didn€™t like, while the same time was happy to leave graphics sex shots.

Its fine to have different opinions in the matter, who€™s to say what is right and wrong. By most standards it€™s not right to be engaging in prostitution, having same sex relationships or sex changes. However almost everyone in here has partaken in one these activities. I don€™t think anyone wants a moral issue pushed on them, especially on an adult site. I certainly didn€™t after days of having it inflicted on me.

Thorurot you can define permission how you want, but its like a few have said here already this site wouldn€™t survive if we had to depend bm asking permission to put photos on this adult site. How many lbs would understand what we are asking them and then agree? Have you ever posted a photo? I don€™t remember seeing one, but if you have, did you ask permission to post it here. What percentage of photos here you reckon have been granted permission to put on the web site? I would guess less than 5%.
