I'm thinking about taking a trip to Cambodia and then going onto Lao. Does anybody know of any gathering or meeting places in PP or vietianne where LBs can be spotted in these exoctic locations

I've heard that officially it's a crime for a farang to have sex with a Lao, a holdover from the Communist days. Has anyone else heard of this?

Well just a slight correction. Holdover from the communist days? Laos is still a communist country. It would be ill advised to get involved in the scene, even if you may not get in trouble. It can be very very bad news for whom ever you do the deed with. Laos is a great place to visit but bring your on cuties with you.
