Just had my first real "outing" yesterday. Never had a problem going from OT to the taxi stand at night, but I had promised my girlfriend to go shopping and then do the night safari at Singapore Zoo. Was a little worried about how she would dress, but luckily she was wearing blue jeans, T-shirt and low shoes Off we went to Marina Square, a big mall down town, and upon entering she grabbed my hand. Have to admit I got a little stressed at first, but I sensed this was important to her, so I went along. After a while it got to me, what the hell am I worried about, she is a beautiful girl, and a middle aged git like me should be proud being seen with her. I grabbed her hand, gave her a kiss and didn't look back. We had a wonderful evening, the night safari was good fun and I am so happy I managed to not give a s**t about others. Sure, we got a several odd looks, especially from a bunch of thai girls with farang husbands at the safari, but I couldn't help notice all the admiring looks she got from guys who obviously didn't have a clue

Curiously enough, the first outing I had with a LB was to the Night Safari in Singapore. Choompo and I held hands and kissed, but whenever she opened her mouth I almost cringed. However, by the time we went to Sentosa the following weekend I was past caring, and was very happy to hear her speak loudly. The only time I released her hand and practically ignored her was when we were in a lift with a family with youngish children - rightly or wrongly, I didn't think it appropriate to put the mother in a position where she might have to face some awkward questions from the kids afterwards.

I´m under the illusion that everyone is equal, so i would stand up for her, not let her hand go."I can see it in the eyes.....they get hollow and soulless a year or 2 after the Op .... I coined the term ''shark eyes'' to describe that look"

His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of ladyboy porn.

On a personal level, no problem with anybody, although Jije Hi-Boss showing up in slut-wear at the condo raised a few eyebrows (as did Kwang, Pond, Jenny, Eats, Gitar, Park, Tang, Gif, Donut etc etc etc). When I've had my best friends visit from overseas, no problem at all. They wouldn't be my best friends if there was a problem.
However, my employer would take a VERY dim view of dallying with ANY ladies of the night, and much dimmer with LBs. Therefore, I need to be quite cautious in BKK. Pattaya is bit more relaxed, as anybody seeing me there might have some 'splaining to do himself!"The Ladyboy Collection- start yours today!"

its probably the slutwear I have the biggest problem with too, some images from the past come flashing back,
a russian GG I invited to visit me on a long job in Poland... Showed up with a suitcase full of slutwear and a fake passport..... turned out she was only 17. Never been so happy seeing someone off at the airport after 1 weekA man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. Kids are amazingly cool when it comes down to it and provided they are given the information in an age appropriate way, they will deal with just about everything..
On a side note, Natalie feels she is judged more often by ATS board members for her interest in lb's, than by anyone else in the general population... Then again her Thai isnt nearly as good as her English....

Agree with you Perth Cpl, kids are open to most, they just get uptight by us grown ups telling them whats right or wrong. I grew up with "progressive parents", and all tough everything I learned from home wasn't what I believe in today, I know from experience that kids learn bad attitudes from their parents. My oldest son is now 17, and has a gay friend, which he has no problem dealing with, but he , like me grew up with parents that had no probs telling me that some boys like boys, some girls like girls. Guess they didn't know bout the inbetwenA man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. Well, a walk downtown is akin to the crossing of the Sea of Reeds for me. Singaporeans, or people everywhere for that matter, should chill out! I'm used to it by then of course, but it does get a tad frustrating when people talk about me, right in my face~ fact that I don't let it bother me doesnt mean I'm oblivious.
Nevertheless, I do understand the stress on whoever is with me or any other LB. But I guess if you chose to be a deviant, you should try and walk on with pride while the villagers gawk in amazement.
Guys, especially in groups, tend to jeer or do sillycat calls~ it's all part of the if-I-don't-jeer-at-these-cocksuckingfags/queens-I'm-a-fag mentality. I ignore them most of the time, but if I'm feeling a tad generous, or they've gone too far in their lewd remarks, I'll stop and ask them if they have a problem. They never expect a LB to respond or to retaliate, but the looks on their faces- priceless.
All these aside, for a man to put down everything else and just walk with me, that's 3790 points. Now a SUPER sister!
