Unless they force the bars to close , KC3 will usually serve drinks, well they have to me for the last 20 years when ive ben in town on these occasions( is it that long,fuck me!). You just have to sip from the paper cup. I have known it to completely ignore the ban in past years but perhaps a paper cup is better than no cup these days.

If your that desperate for a chang then its worth checking out.
