Customs rarely chacks your body/clothes, but sometimes they go thru all your bags thoroughly.
The metal foil package can set off metal detectors

..... Most of all remember that Viagra et al may have severe contra-indications with some other drugs... Like Amyl Nitrate. (Poppers to the local girls.) "Video Cleaner" if you grew up in Sydney. Both are vaso-dilators I believe (RX pharm will correct me if I am wrong) and the combination of the two can cause your blood pressure to drop to fatally low levels.
So if your ladyboy likes poppers to get her chute to open, and you've had a little blue or orange pill, avoid the temptation to have a snort with her unless you want to be remembered to your nearest and dearest as pegging out flushed, turgid and lubed up.

WTF? Smuggling is smuggling. I LIVE on my passport. Sure you might get away with it for years. Most do. But the penalty when you get caught may not only be financial (and the certain embarrasment of explaining the need to have 1000 Viagra to kith and kin after the court case) but your ticket has been punched internationally as a smuggler... so every customs officer on the planet afterward is going to be taking a close and personal interest in you. Who needs the harrasment?
Lastly... if you are gettting enough sex in the UK or elsewhere to need that many back home I tip's me lid to you... you are doing better than most of us.

So... what are the rules about taking Kamagra or generic Cialis OUT of the country? I love my Viagra and Cialis and it has fuck-all to do with "ego". It's about the fact that at 47 it's not as easy to get it up a 2nd or 3rd time in a day as it was when I was 27. Ego has nothing to do with that, it's about desire. My mind wants but the body don't respond as it once did, and a little chemical aid goes a long way to allowing more fun in less time. Nothing wrong with that in my book. I can get a 'scrip for whatever I like from my doctor but it's about $10 per tablet here in the USA.

i'm not a lawyer and i don't play one on tv, but now that i'm old enough to apply for an O visa, i take a scrip for viagra with me when i go IN to thailand, along with a bottle holding the last one of my prescription, and i fill the bottle with cheap kamagra bought in pattaya, before i leave. i've only been asked once by a customs guy (usa) about it and he shrugged, saw i had a prescription, and the bottle contained only enough for 'personal use' and moved me along. i think unless you do try to bring back 'a thousand of them', it's kinda like taking back a couple of knock-off polo shirts. it is "illegal", but the tourist/monger with two shirts and a dozen viagra in his bag is really not the guy they care about.
as for sticking it in your trousers, one of many reasons i'd frown on that would be the new limitations on liquids and gels in your carry-on luggage. i don't think any security type would take kindly to discovering you're trying to 'sneak' any sort of liquid/gel onto the plane -- on the off-chance he does notice the bulge in your panties as he waves the wand over your rapidly-blinking and sweating suspicious-looking-as-hell body.
if you *think* you're doing something 'illegal' -- somewhere along the line, somebody's gonna notice.
at least i hope they do. there's already enough to worry about flying in this world.

Good advice...USA customs agents don't much care about a few shirts or phony dvds or a few kamagra tabs...

I do the same...take the pills out of their bubble package and put them in a legal bottle and I've never been questioned...

Don't try and bring back large quantities of anything and you'll be fine...
