I'm coming to Nana early December, and was just wondering - what time do the bars open? When do they close? And when is the best time to go (do the cutest girls turn up late? Are the best ones usually taken by a certain time?)

Also, where are the best ladyboy cabarets?

The timing of the bars depends on the place.

1. BKK - Bars open around 70p.m and are currently closing at 10 a.m I believe. I prefer to get there early but some do not get there until later. I would rather be the first customer for the night than last.

2. Phuket/Patong - Cocktails and Dreams opens around 8:30 but does not really get going to about 10:30 and by then all the girls are there, It was closing at 20a.m when I was there in August but things change. Soi Katoey also does not really get going until 100.

3. Someone else can tell you about Pattaya as I do not go there very often.

Big Dogs in NEP is usually busy early afternoon. I don't know when it opens but I sometimes go at four in the afternoon for a good look at the show!

The general rule is that all the girls must be at Go Go bars by 10.00pm (or it used to be)with a few exceptions for the supermodels who take liberties.

For individual girls ,if they dont turn up by 10 then as a rule they aint coming. If your after a certain LB then get there beforehand just incase some vulture has decended on your honey.

My afternoon siesta doesnt finish until 7pm so i generally hit the town at 10pm. 3 hours is enough for me.

Ringside seat at Big Dogs at about 4.00, most of the girls arrive by 7.00, so it's perfect to take a break from eyeing the candy for a quick round with one of the Big Dogs girls, if you're that way inclined. Variety is the spice of my life, so I did, and strongly reccommend being straight with these girls about where your real interests lie, that way you avoid alot of the 'lub you long time' rubbish. I also reccommend the slightly more mature girls here. More fun less pouting!

But back to the business. Nearly all the girls are ready and 'dancing' by 7.00-7.30, at least last night both Anney (we really deserve an up to date photo shoot, she looks so incredibly gorgeous now) and Chompoo were looking lovely and touting for custom by 7.30.

If you want the company of one of these stars then I suggest you arrive early. They are in demand and will be taken out early, although apparently Anney regularly does 2 ST per evening. But what the hell, there are simply so many cuties to choose from, and that's only at Obsessions. If for some inexplicable reason you can't find what you want there, then Cascades has just as many sweet things, but do enlist the help of the mamasan, if you're having trouble choosing. Both places they'll do everything they can to help you.

At the moment all the places close at 1.00 sharp, but if you're still looking for company, just hang around by the entrance to NEP, and make your selection from the girls on their way out.

Just watch out for some of those freelancers that look pretty damn close to under 18s.

Left hand side of the entrance to NEP. That bar on the corner where the customers have the elevated view over the entrance. It's basically on the corner of Soi Nana and NEP. It does have a sign hanging somewhere, but you really can't miss it.
