'Barebacking' LB...

I haven't done bareback anal since the 1980s -and that was in New York around the time AIDS exploded, so I lived in fear for about 5 years, I was lucky.

Last time I was tested I was told I had to refrain from sex for 3 months before attending the clinic, which I did. I was on my way to SE Asia and have to admit that one well-known provider in Singapore was a major let down but not just because I found myself tasting rubber -I would not have wanted her to come in my mouth anyway so I don't know what her issue was, but her prissy sensitivity to it made me wonder why she does P4P at all, she would not yield her ass either not even covered ('I am a virgin', she squealed).

A relationship is clearly the only framework for bareback activities, otherwise bareback for me is limited to oral and I don't mind if she wants me covered for the same. My experiences are quite varied, but I have never been asked for bareback anal.

"So What" You must be joking if you have being travelling to Thailand for the last 20 years as you say you have - how many guys do you know that have either died from or have contacted HIV/AIDS.

I am a long time traveller to LOS and even worked both in LOS and Cambodia and know of two pals who have died from AIDS, several who have HIV and know of over two dozen girls who have died from AIDS.

This must be a wind up no one in his or her tiny mind could consider going bareback these days.

The issue of going bareback in LOS has received plenty of "air time" in the past on the forum.

We all agree there is some element of risk involved in the P4P scene but at the end of the day the choice rests with the individual...we can all be sanctimonious and preach about safe sex, but in the end it comes down to what we perceive to be the risk to us alone and to our partner(s), and how we manage that risk.

The truth is I have heard and seen more girls than not offer bareback, and I know other BMs have as well.

I would say about 75-80% were offering it on a rgular basis.  Hell, even girls that you just meet.

They also know who barebacks the other girls in the LOS too

This isn't a wind-up. Someone said a figure of 70-80% girls offer bareback and I'd say thats pretty spot on. It does happen more often than people would like to admit. You're only kidding yourself if you think your P4P, or even non P4P as the OP has shown, hasn't and won't do BB.

Not only that but it seems to be over the past few years more and more girls are offering to go bareback€¦ why is this I wonder? Do they just not care about getting HIV or is it because they know they now have HIV so what€™s the point of using a condom anymore?

Thanks for posting your experience and thoughts, thick81.  It's regularly discussed on this forum - and quite rightly in my view.   Someone I know in the UK, working in a 'clinic', told me that anyone fucking bareback in SE Asia has a death wish.  I know that isn't a welcome opinion on this forum, but it does concentrate the mind.  Especially when one of our BMs - a photographer of LBs - reported several (many?) HIV+ test results amongst his models.

I guess many of us have barebacked, at some stage, in the heat of the moment ... or for some unaccountable reason we trust our regular partners 100%     My favourite p4p LBs never offer bareback though
