Yes safety does not seem to have the same meaning in S E Asia. This was the scene when I was leaving Cambodia earlier this year, I was on the crowded boat behind this one

Reminds me of the time of was in the pool at the Ruamchitt Plaza with Pim who worked at Cascades. There was construction next door and all the workers were checking out our activities in the pool. They even lowered down 2 bottles of red bull on their crane.
